Malaysia is one of the best travel destinations for nature lovers, with some of the oldest and most pristine tropical rainforests in the world!
This was my very first night walk experience in a real forest. I used to follow my mom to rubber plantations when I was young, but this time, I ventured deep into the wild — Royal Belum State Park in northern Malaysia, a true haven for eco-travelers.
👣 Our nature guide was experienced and attentive, leading us safely through the pitch-dark jungle. The air was filled with sounds of insects and wildlife, giving us a heart-pounding, unforgettable sensory experience — something you’ll never get in the city!
💚 Our fellow adventurers — a kind couple from the Netherlands and Australia — were lovely and even helped take care of the “older folks” like me! 😂
