🌏 Global Travel Meet 2025 – Day 3: A Meaningful Farewell and New Beginnings!
3 October 2025, Kuala Lumpur — The final day of the Global Travel Meet 2025, proudly hosted and supported by Tourism Malaysia and MOTAC, was held at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTC-KL). Though it marked the last day of this exciting global B2B travel event, the energy and passion in the hall were still at their peak!
I started my morning bright and early at 7 AM with a healthy low-carb, low-calorie breakfast — a nutritious meal replacement drink, the perfect way to fuel a busy day ahead. By 8:30, I was already at the venue, ready for another full day of networking, sharing, and learning.

As soon as I arrived at the lift, I met Sophia from Harvest Vacations, who was also heading to her booth. A friendly “Good Morning” quickly turned into a great conversation! After setting up my things, I visited her booth and introduced her to PusatPelancongan.com, our Malaysia tourism platform. She loved the idea and immediately registered as a new user!

Not long after, two Thai buyers came to speak with her, so I moved on and met Mdm June, an EXCO of MITA and founder of Travelpac Holidays — also a licensed tour guide. She was busy presenting her Agro Tourism and Eco Tourism travel packages focusing on Sepang, Putrajaya, and areas near KLIA in Selangor.

Soon after, the enthusiastic Peny from Friendly Vacations pulled me to her booth and introduced her company’s travel packages. She excitedly told her boss, “This is Mr. Wong — I always like his posts on social media!” That really made my day! I shared how PusatPelancongan.com can help promote their services — only RM699 per year — and they registered right away.

Next, I bumped into Kiki and her energetic mom, familiar faces from our FAM trip in Thailand and the Tourism Malaysia B2B session at Imperial Lexis Hotel Kuala Lumpur. This time, they didn’t hesitate and signed up immediately to collaborate with us!

Later, I had insightful conversations with JA Vacation, lecturers from University College of Agroscience Malaysia (UCAM), and representatives from Langkawi Primal Holiday (Sky ATV Ride) and Taman Buaya Langkawi. They even invited me to explore their services in Langkawi, one of Malaysia’s most famous island destinations!

As the event drew to a close, I met Patrick from Platinum Charters, who offers yacht and boat rental services — a fantastic option for travelers seeking luxury experiences around Pulau Langkawi, Port Dickson, Johor Bahru, Port Klang, and Kota Kinabalu Sabah. He shared valuable insights on online promotions and expressed strong support for our platform, hoping PusatPelancongan.com can help boost his visibility.

Three days flew by in the blink of an eye — filled with learning, laughter, and meaningful connections. I’m truly grateful to Tourism Malaysia and MOTAC for organizing this inspiring event that allows industry players like us to contribute to Visit Malaysia 2026.
I’ve gained so much knowledge, met incredible people from Thailand, Laos, Singapore, the UK, and beyond. Nothing in life should be taken for granted — the good things deserve our gratitude, and the things that aren’t perfect can always be improved.
Let’s all give each other opportunities, keep improving, and make Malaysia an even better place for tourism. Because truly, Malaysia Boleh! 💪
From Kuala Lumpur’s iconic Petronas Twin Towers to Melaka’s historic city, from Sarawak’s Mulu Caves to Sabah’s Semporna islands, from Genting Highlands’ cool mountains to Langkawi’s sunny beaches, there’s so much to explore — and so much to be proud of.
Thank you, everyone, for making Global Travel Meet 2025 a success! See you again at the next travel event — and let’s continue to Travel Malaysia, Discover Malaysia, and Promote Malaysia to the World! 🇲🇾✨
