🚆 A Journey to Satun Thailand Begins
Hello everyone, this is Teacher Wong! 🌟
On 18 August 2025, together with MITA members from all over Malaysia, we were honored to be invited by the Tourism Authority of Southern Thailand to explore the beautiful province of Satun.

My journey began in Johor Bahru, heading first to Melaka, where I met up with Mr. Teh from CIME Services & Travel. ( Click link to know more about CIME http://bit.ly/cimepusatpelancongan) From there, we continued to Tampin, Negeri Sembilan, where we boarded the ETS train to KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. 🚄

At KL Sentral, we joined the rest of our MITA friends, and together, we continued by bus all the way to Wang Kelian, Perlis – the Malaysian border checkpoint where travelers can cross into Southern Thailand. 🌏

For those who are planning to travel in Malaysia, let me share something useful: ETS tickets can now be purchased easily online, which is fast and convenient. And if you are a Malaysian senior citizen (60 years old and above), you can enjoy a special ETS discount ticket, making train travel more affordable than ever. 🙌
This route – Johor Bahru → Melaka → Tampin → KL Sentral → Wang Kelian – is not only meaningful for our trip, but also shows how easy it is to connect different parts of Malaysia by ETS train, bus, and border crossings.
Come, come, come! 🎉 Follow me and experience the joy of traveling by ETS from Tampin to KL Sentral – the very first step of our exciting journey to Satun, Thailand.
